AutoHaul Carrier Agreement — Summary

By joining the AutoHaul carrier network, you agree to the following terms:

1. Compliance: You maintain valid operating authority, insurance, and all required federal and state licenses at all times.

2. Load Acceptance: Once you accept a load or bid, you are responsible for completing the shipment. Cancellations after acceptance may result in suspension.

3. Photo Requirements: You must upload 6 photos at pickup and 6 photos at delivery, including a VIN shot. Failure to do so will delay payment release.

4. BOL Signing: A digital BOL must be signed by you at pickup and the receiver at delivery. Electronic signatures are legally binding.

5. Payment: Payment is released from escrow within 2 business days of confirmed delivery. Quick Pay option available at a fee.

6. Preferred Tier: Your tier (New / Active / Gold / Preferred) is determined by ratings, delivery success rate, and compliance history.

7. Disputes: Damage claims and disputes are handled by AutoHaul — both parties must cooperate with the resolution process.
